This is my morning sequence that I use daily. I created the sequence based on my many years of practicing Yoga, especially Tantra. This sequence consists of Kriya (movement), Pranayama (Breathwork), and Vibratory Chakra Mantras.
1. raises your vibration
2. oxygenates the blood
3. opens the spirit channel
4. activates Kundalini
5. expands the aura
6. lowers cortisol levels, thus decreasing anxiety
7. boosts melatonin for clairvoyance and better sleep
8. boosts serotonin & dopamine which helps with depression and enhances the mood
9. Provides better stamina in bed
10. Enhances orgasms
